This Privacy Policy sets out the commitment of Imperial Feminine Pty Ltd (ABN 18 672 683 457) (“Imperial Feminine Pty Ltd”, “we”, “us”) to protect the privacy of personal information we collect about you (“you”), including through our websites (collectively, “Websites”):

as well as through our other business operations or directly from you.

By providing us with personal information and/or continuing to use our Websites, you indicate that you have had sufficient opportunity to access this Privacy Policy and that you have read and accepted it, and consent to the collection, use, holding and disclosure of your personal information as outlined.

PERSONS UNDER 18
Our products and services (“Products” and “Services”) are not directed to persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you are the parent or guardian of a child and you believe they have provided us with personal information without your consent, then please contact us.
PSEUDONYMS
You may participate in our products, services and online communities under a pseudonym. To do so, enter a pseudonym as your name when creating an account on any of our Websites. You are recommend to use the same pseudonym going forward, so that we may create a client file enabling us to deliver a personalised experience.
TYPES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The types of personal information (“Personal Data”) we collect may include:
- identity data (including your name, organisation name, or similar identifier);
- contact data (including your billing address where required for payment purposes, email address and alternative ways to contact you, such as your social media handle);
- transaction data (including details about payments to and from you, credit card details, billing address, and details of Products and Services you have purchased from us);
- technical data (including your internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our Websites);

- course data (including content submitted by you in response to course / homework / quiz questions, assignments and your answers to journal prompts);
- student community engagement data (including content posted by you to our online student communities that is visible to us and other members of the community, including any text, photos, images and personal information posted by you);
- information sent to us by you as part of preparation work for coaching services;
- notes taken by us to record details of client discussions within coaching sessions, which we retain and use for purposes of personalising coaching advice for each client;
- social media communications data (social media handles, user profile data, user profile photos, comments, replies, text / image / video sent to us via direct messages);
- usage data (including information about how you use our Websites, Products and Services, cookies and other non-personally identifiable information); and
- marketing and communications data (including your preferences in receiving marketing from us, our partners and our third parties, and your communication preferences).
HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION (PERSONAL DATA)
When you use our Websites, Products or Services, Imperial Feminine Pty Ltd may collect Personal Data from you in the following ways:
- If you sign up to our email list;
- If you contact us via email, social media direct message, or use a contact form on our Websites;
- If you create an account on any of our Websites;
- If you book, sign up, use or pay for one or more of our Products or Services via our Websites;
- If you use our interactive course features, such as submitting course work (for example, submitting quiz answers, homework, assignments, etc.) and engaging with our online student communities that we provide for course students (for example, by posting or replying to any content, images, photos in our online student communities);
- If you participate in a poll, survey, question & answer feature, etc. that we may run from time to time to inform the development of our Products, Services and business operations;
- If you use our Websites, during which we may collect your website usage information (cookies), de-identified website usage data, traffic data, etc.
Please note, while some individuals choose voluntarily share various personal information / Personal Data with us through a variety of ways, we will never ask for personal or sensitive information through social media platforms. Please exercise caution and do not not share personal or sensitive information to us via any social media platforms, or any entity that is claiming to represent us on any social media platforms, or any entity claiming to represent us on any websites other than those Websites listed above.
We will destroy or de-identify information where we form the opinion that the information has been provided to us unlawfully or unfairly.
PARTNER PLATFORMS
Your Personal Data may be collected by our Websites that are run on partner platforms (“Partners”), which provide the technologies we use to deliver your purchased Products and Services to you. Communication, engagement and actions taken through these Partners are custom to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held with these Partners respectively. These partners include:
- Thinkific.com, the online learning technology provider we use to deliver online courses. Thinkific collects Personal Data such as student enrolment information, billing/payment details and student progress through the coursework (such as assignment, homework and quiz submissions, and tracking/logging of student progress through the course content). The online communities we provide for our online course students are also hosted by Thinkific.
- Calendly.com, the scheduling service we use to facilitate bookings and payments for coaching sessions. Calendly collects information such as client details, appointment details and billing/payment details.
- Zoom.us, the online communications platform we use to stream live online courses and facilitate coaching sessions remotely. All our Products and Services that are delivered live are facilitated by Zoom.
- Other communications platforms as agreed by you, should Zoom be unavailable (for example due to maintenance or outage) at the scheduled time that your Products or Services are due to be delivered.
- Stripe.com, the payment processor that we use for credit card transactions. Imperial Feminine Pty Ltd does not collect credit card numbers as these are processed by Stripe.
These third party platforms may also use cookies, web beacons and similar technology to collect or receive information from our Websites or from you and from elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and targeted advertising. If we receive your Personal Data from third parties, we will protect it as set out in this Privacy Policy.
WHY WE COLLECT, HOLD, USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We collect, hold, use and disclose your Personal Data as is reasonably necessary for us to perform our core functions and activities, including for the following purposes:
- to contact and communicate with you;
- to provide our online content, Products and/or Services to you, whether those Products or Services were purchased by you, or provided to you on a complimentary basis;
- to personalise and maximise your client experience;
- to provide technical support relating to the use of our Products and Services;
- to facilitate your participation in our online student communities;
- to maintain a database of customers, subscribers or similar;
- to notify you of updates, offers, useful content and to market to you;
- to measure client satisfaction;
- for internal record keeping;
- for statistical purposes; and
- as required by law.
Where we disclose your Personal Data to Partners and third parties for these purposes, we will do our best to ensure that their privacy policy adheres to similar standards of privacy protection and/or request that the third party follow this Privacy Policy regarding handling of your personal information. We will also be diligent in ensuring that the personal information we disclose is accurate, up-to-date, complete and relevant.
We will not use or disclose Personal Data for the purpose of direct marketing unless you have consented to the use or disclosure of the information for that purpose.
Please note that we will not disclose your Personal Data for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was collected without your consent, unless we are required to do so by law.
SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
Communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media platforms that Imperial Feminine Pty Ltd participates on are custom to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held with each social media platform respectively. Users are advised to use social media platforms wisely and communicate / engage upon them with due care and caution in regard to their own privacy and personal details. Neither our Websites nor Imperial Feminine Pty Ltd will ever ask you to send personal or sensitive information through social media platforms, and encourage users wishing to discuss sensitive details to contact Imperial Feminine Pty Ltd through primary communication channels such as via our Contact Form or our email.
PROMOTION
By voluntarily sharing with us any evidence (such as testimonials and photographs, whether posted on any of our Websites by you or sent to us by you) of results achieved through use of our Products, Services, Complimentary Bonuses or free content on our Websites, you grant us permission to use and reproduce this evidence without compensation to you, for the commercial purposes of promoting our business. We will use our best endeavours to censor your name, user name, user profile images and identifiable likeness (faces) unless given written consent by you to reproduce the evidence in full. You acknowledge that we have the right but not the obligation to use any contributions from you, and that we may elect to cease the use of any such contributions at any time for any reason.
We love it when you comment or post about our products and free content on social media. If you do share comments, images or videos (or any other depiction whatsoever) of our products or free content on your social media (Posts), you provide to us your express and unconditional consent to share your Posts on our social media. We will of course provide appropriate attribution to you (through tagging you or other appropriate means) when reposting your Posts.
We value community engagement, and appreciate when you send us direct messages (such as through social media platforms, our contact form or e-mail) or post messages and/or attached images our Websites regarding any material published or sold by us. You grant us permission (with no compensation to you) to use and reproduce your direct messages and/or attached images for the purpose of fostering community engagement on our Websites, providing informative content to our audience and promoting our business. We will use our best endeavours to censor your name, username, user profile images and identifiable likeness (faces) when we reproduce the materials sent/posted by you, unless given written permission by you to reproduce them in full.
HOW YOU CAN ACCESS AND CORRECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Access: You can access your Personal Data by logging into your accounts. You can also request details of Personal Data that we hold about you. We will respond to any request to access information within a reasonable time.
Correction: If you believe that any information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please contact us using the details set out below. We rely in part on you advising us when your Personal Data changes. We will endeavour to promptly correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date and to notify you of the correction, unless it is impracticable or unlawful to do so. Deletion: If you want us to delete Personal Data we hold about you or to not collect information from you for a specific purpose, such as targeted advertising, please contact us using the details set out below. Please note that if we agree to delete your information, because of backups and records of deletions stored on servers, etc., it may be impossible to completely delete your information without retaining some residual information. We will functionally delete the information and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personal Data relating to you in any way moving forward. Please note that where your Personal Data is tied to accounts that facilitate access to purchased Products or Services (such as online courses), deletion of those accounts may result in irrevocable deletion of your access to your purchased Products or Services, as well as any information that you saved to those accounts.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We do not and will not sell or deal in Personal Data or any customer information.
Your Personal Data are only disclosed to Partners and third party suppliers where required to enable transaction processing and delivery of Products and Services which you have purchased or signed up for, to protect our copyright, trademarks and other legal rights, and when it is required by law.
If there is a change to any of the Partners we use to deliver our Products or Services (such as our online course platform), your customer information, which may include your Personal Data, could be transferred in good faith to an alternate online course platform, to ensure continuation of your access to your purchased Services. You will be notified of such changes via email.
We may from time to time need to disclose certain information, which may include your Personal Data, to comply with a legal requirement, such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, warrant, in the course of a legal proceeding or in response to a law enforcement agency request. Also, we may use your Personal Data to protect the rights, property or safety of Imperial Feminine Pty Ltd, our customers, Partners or third parties.
HOW WE STORE AND MAINTAIN THE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We are committed to ensuring that the Personal Data we hold is secure and protected from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We undertake the following precautions to protect Personal Data we hold:

We like to keep our customers and website visitors up to date, so from time to time we will send you newsletters, invitations and updates. Our emails will always come with an “Unsubscribe” button, so you can opt out at any time.
